What happens after you submit
- We review the learning topic, age range, and Davao area patterns.
- We separate parent/adult lesson requests from kids/teens lesson requests.
- We use survey responses to improve the resource map and future lesson planning.
- We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number in this survey.
This lesson survey is separate from Sally May's workflow audit request path. It does not collect name, email, or phone number. Responses go through the Chewey School server route before reaching the private planning sheet.
